At Caring Corner, we believe that a quality childcare program requires quality personnel.
Caring Corner takes great pride in it's staff. Each teacher on the team at Caring Corner is carefully selected and evaluated prior to employment.
Every age group at Caring Corner has individual characteristics and developmental requirements. Recognizing this, each teacher, once employed, is placed in the position where he or she can most utilize their talents.
Every employee at Caring Corner is required to meet
these minimum requirements:
- Must have at least a High School Diploma.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
- Must receive First Aid training.
- Must obtain at least 15 hours of certified childcare training per school year.
- Must prepare and implement lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Must prepare and post lesson plans on classroom bulletin board.
